EXTRACURRICULAR MUSIC ACTIVITIES
Weekly Children's Choir program provided by Salem Lutheran Church:
"Schola Cantorum" (School of Song) Grades 1-6
"Jubilate" Choir (Be Joyful!) Grades 1-3.
Rehearses Wednesdays throughout the school year from 3:30 - 4:30 pm in the music room.
"Cantate Domino" Choir (Sing to the Lord!) Grades 4-6.
Rehearses Wednesdays throughout the school year from 4:30 - 5:45 pm in the music room.
Open invitation to ALL children (in our school, church or community)
throughout the traditional school year. See Mrs. Speer for details.
Our choirs lead regular Sunday worship services an average of once a month...and
twice a month during the Christmas Season and Holy Week/Easter. FREE choir daycare is available
to all choristers who are not currently enrolled in Salem's regular daycare program.

Weekly Handbell Choir program provided by Salem Lutheran School:
"Joyful Sound" Handbells (Beginning Handbell Choir) Grades 5 & 6
Rehearses Thursdays from mid-October - May
3:00 - 4:00 pm in the church sanctuary.
"Master Bells" (Intermediate Handbell Choir) Grades 5 & 6
Rehearses Tuesdays from mid-October - May
3:00 - 4:00 pm in the church sanctuary.
Open to children in Grades 5 & 6 enrolled at Salem Lutheran School.

Salem Lutheran Church:
"Tintinnabulum" Handbell Choir (Intermediate/Advanced)
Rehearses Tuesdays from September - June
4:30-5:30 pm in the church sanctuary.
Open to ALL youth (church and community). A special invitation
is extended to Salem School's Handbell Choir Alumni!
