WELCOME, WELCOME to JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN!

We say good-bye to January & welcome February.

January was a great beginning for the whole year, 2012.

During class we will

  • follow directions
  • work and play together
  • read and write our ABC's
  • count and compute
  • identify community helpers
  • practice good citizenship
  • develop a broader understanding of the world around us
  • inquire and experiment

Please take time to discuss each school day with your child. Ask open-ended questions and offer positive feed back. Review all work brought home and put aside a special place for displaying your child's work. Your constant interest will play an important part in your child's learning experience!

I am glad to have your child in my class. I hope you will join me in looking forward to a wonderful school year.

Please visit often to share in the growth and excitement taking place in your child's classroom. You will have many

chances to join us on field trips where you are an integral part of your child's learning experience!
